Mechanism of Action:

Effect on fertility biomarkers

Tamoxifen stimulates the release of gonadotropins by blocking estrogen feedback in the hypothalamus, promoting ovulation in women with infertility. However, its effects on the uterine lining and cervical mucus can sometimes hinder implantation or reduce mucus quality for sperm passage.
